Návrh vytvára priestor pre relaxáciu, ako aj spoločenské funkcie v rámci existujúceho nefunkčného námestia. Umiestnenie navrhovaného objektu umožňuje priamy výhľad na vodný tok, námestie, centrum a Manínske pohorie. Súčasnú stav regulovaného potoka nekomunikuje so svojím okolím. Pre využitie polohy toku je navrhnuté uvoľnenie brehov s možnosťou pešieho prístupu k vode, vytvorenie kaskády.

The design creates space for relaxation as well as social functions. The location of the new building allows direct views of the watercourse, the square, the center and Manin Mountains. The current state of a regulated stream does not communicate with its surroundings. On the shore they are created cascade.
